When you buy from Crawford Performance you are accepting and agreeing to our returns policy, exchanges policy, and any warranty offered by the third-party manufacturer, such as OEM short block etc. as well as our standard warranty without exception.

Your Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Returns)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. For orders shipped in multiple parts, the period starts when you receive the last item of the order.

To exercise this right, notify us of your decision by a clear statement before the 14-day period expires:

Exceptions — Products That Cannot Be Returned

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom and built-to-order engines and engine components. Every Crawford engine build is assembled to your vehicle, application, and specification. Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)), goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized are exempt from the right of withdrawal. All engine builds, custom short blocks, custom long blocks, and any product configured to your order are final sale.
• Products that have been installed, run, modified, or damaged after delivery, to the extent the diminished value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (see "Condition of Returned Goods" below).

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies as custom-built, contact us before ordering. We will tell you straight.

Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect a product the way you would in a shop — open the box, look it over, check fitment visually. You may not install it, run it, or mount it to a vehicle and then return it.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If a returned part shows installation marks, tool marks, fluid contact, or heat cycling, we will deduct the corresponding loss in value from your refund — up to 100% for parts rendered unsellable.

How to Return

1. Notify us within 14 days of delivery (see contact details above).
2. Ship the goods back to us within 14 days of notifying us. Include your order number.
3. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Given the weight and value of performance parts, we strongly recommend an insured, tracked service. Goods lost or damaged in return transit with insufficient packaging or no insurance are your responsibility.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery costs (but not supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than our least expensive standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of shipping the goods back, whichever comes first.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method at no fee to you. Note: customs duties, import VAT, and brokerage fees paid on the original shipment are collected by your national authorities, not by Crawford Performance, and must be reclaimed from them directly where applicable.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Defective Products)

Independent of the 14-day withdrawal right, EU law entitles you to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee covering defects that existed at the time of delivery.

If a product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge, or — where that is not possible or not provided within a reasonable time — a price reduction or full refund. For defects appearing within one year of delivery, the defect is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we prove otherwise.

This legal guarantee does not cover:

• Damage from improper installation, incorrect tuning, or use outside the product's stated application
• Normal wear items (clutches, brake pads, gaskets, etc.) worn through use
• Damage from racing, abuse, or accident

To make a claim, contact us with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos or video. We answer our emails and we stand behind what we build — that has been true since 1993.

This policy does not affect any additional voluntary warranty Crawford Performance may offer, and does not limit any of your statutory rights under the national law of your EU member state.
